Cancellation and Refund Policy

General Information
This policy sets out the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to services offered through the Daily Tours Turkiye platform. Conditions may vary depending on the service type. Please review the relevant section for your service.
Important: Since tourism services involve accommodation, transportation, food, and leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or period, the 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Regulation does not apply. However, the cancellation and refund conditions outlined below are available.
Hotel Reservations
Cancellation conditions for hotel reservations may vary based on the rate plan selected at the time of booking:
- Flexible Rate: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. After this period, the first night's accommodation fee is charged as a penalty.
- Non-Refundable Rate: No refund is available for cancellations or no-shows at any time.
- Early Departure: No refund is available for unused nights in case of early departure.
- No-Show: The full reservation amount is charged if the guest does not arrive without prior cancellation.
Tour Services
Cancellation conditions for tour reservations:

If the agency cancels the tour for operational reasons (weather, capacity, etc.), a full refund or alternative date/service is offered.
Car Rental Services
Cancellation conditions for car rental reservations:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the pickup time.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time: 50% deduction.
- No-show or failure to pick up the vehicle: No refund.
Important: The person picking up the vehicle must have a valid driver's license, meet the age requirement, and provide a credit card for the deposit. Failure to meet these conditions does not constitute a basis for a free cancellation.
Yacht Charter Services
Cancellation conditions for yacht charter reservations:

In case of adverse weather conditions or safety risks, the Captain or Maritime Administration has the absolute right to cancel or postpone the trip. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date is offered.
Package Tour Services
In accordance with the Package Tour Regulation:
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before the package tour start date (full refund).
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date: A reasonable deduction may apply based on the proximity to the start date.
- Package tour organizer agencies are required to provide mandatory insurance. In case of service failure for any reason, including agency bankruptcy, consumer protection insurance applies.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or through the website.
- Credit/debit card refunds are processed within 14 business days.
- The actual reflection of the refund to your account depends on your bank and may take an additional 2-10 business days.
- For partial cancellations, the refund amount is calculated based on the unused portion of the service.
